CUTHBERT

Cuthbert is 24 years old and originally from London, England. He was an apprentice carpenter aboard the St. George under Captain Roche until her sinking. He ended up in the lifeboat with Gerard and was stranded on PukaPuka with him for the next four years. He is very clever and always tinkering with some gadget. He gets bored and sullen when not working on anything challenging. He is most happy when asked to do an impossible task, with a deadline.

 

He is now the lead carpenter on the Tawny Mane. He is good friends with Gerard and gets along with most of the crew. They appreciate his skill and his problem-solving abilities. Cuthbert doesn't go anywhere without his satchel full of tools, leather, string, and sinew.
